Personally, the shot I took most inspiration from was the shot from 'Requiem for a Dream' as I believe it would be simple to recreate in our film narrative - creating a homage to the film. The plot of the film revolves around how happiness is found and lost, as well as exploring how humans long to connect and feel love. This links to our plot due to the main protagonist losing her father and how that affects her, and about her growing up and learning to deal with loss and love.
