Model release forms
As our two main protagonists, as well as a couple of our extras, were under 18 we needed to get a parent or guardian's approval for them to feature in our trailer, on our website as well as on our poster:

Call Sheet for Filming Days
We changed our filming days from the 9th and the 11th of December to just filming on the 11th. This was due to one of our actors not being able to make the 9th, and we realised that if we filmed on the whole day then we would be able to get all of our footage.

Timelapse Timetable
We created a timetable for what our main protagonist should do during the time-lapse at the beginning of our film trailer.

Health and Safety
Before filming we needed to come up with any potential hazards that may put us, our actors, or other people in danger:

Location Recce - The House
In our storyline we see the main protagonist and her friend at her house on the roof and by the windows. Therefore we needed a house that had symmetrical windows to achieve the shot we were looking for as well as access to a roof. Both of these are available at Natasha's house, so we decided the main protagonist's house will be at Natasha's.

Time Lapse Location
We want the start of our film trailer to open with a time lapse of a girl walking and standing beside a tree. We need the location to be somewhere we can access everyday to ensure the time lapse is successful and that we capture the changing of seasons.

Lighting Test Footage
We decided to complete some test footage on the different scenes that used interesting lighting. We knew these scenes would have to be filmed at night and so felt it necessary to compile footage together before we started filming to make sure that we could achieve the look we wanted, with clear visibility.

Test Footage - Casting of Tom
We needed to compile some test footage for one of main characters- Tom. We decided to get Ryan to try out the angry scene of Tom yelling at Alex in the car to see if he was suitable to cast. We tried to the scene multiple times to see if he could take direction.
